ILR for dependents

Hi
I am Bil saying hello to everyone and thanks to your reply in anticipation.
I will be applying for ILR along with my dependants(Wife & son).
My question is my wife and son stayed out of the country for more than 90 days. Will there be any problem when applying for ILR (HSMP Judicial review)
