ILR and CCJs

My previous lardlord made ex-parte CCJ (without my knowledge) of £2955, I left his flat without completing the tenancy period bse of his refusal to repair a boiler (winter period) and dumpness. This was having effect on my 9 months baby. I only learnt of the CCJ in Oct 09 while checking my credit history. I have applied for Set aside judgement. Court granted a hearing in FEB 2010.
I am applying for ILR on 28/01/2010, will the CCJ have adverse effect on my application?
