Ilr -Ugent Need Help

I am not sure if it may affect my ILR application.
I went shopping today and I used my Ostyer card when I got in the bus. I tried to swipe in twice on the bus machine, but it was not working and the bus driver told me to go on.
A few minutes later, a ticket inspector got on the bus and checked my Ostyer card. He saw I did not touch in my card for this travel. My husband then said we tried to touch in on the bus machines but it was not working. My husband told the ticket inspector to ask the bus driver. The bus driver told the inspector the machine was not working. Then, the ticket inspector informed me to press the Ostyer card again.
In this case, did I offence?
