Visa after Civil Partnership Annulment

My partner and i married April of last year after i had returned to South Africa to get my Fiance visa. After the marriage i succesfully recieved my Leave to remain visa. Much to my sadness after just 3 months of marriage he asked for a seperation. I moved out. I would like to know if/when he applies for annulment what will happen to my Leave to Remain Permit which expires in approximately 1 year and 3 months. Do i have to leave striaght after annulment?
