Hi,
still a lot confused would like to have an answer for few questions if anyone could help me.
I will be finishing my 5yrs on my work permit here on 31st june 2010.I have got a dependant wife,and two kids.Elder one was born in india and has got the same visa stamp on her indian passport as that of mine but younger one was born here in sept2009.is it necessary for me to get her passport made and then apply for her ILR together with other family members(me,my wife and elder daughter) or can i get her BC after i ger ILR?
Secondly if i am not applying for her ILR do i still have to submit all her registration and birth certificate and pay for her as well?

Include only spouse and elder child as dependents in your ILR application.

Regarding your younger, born-in-the UK child, reading this post will help.

God bless you.....u r doing an amazing work.just last one.....no need to even mention about my younger daughter in the application so i dont need to carry any of her documents with me.
since i bought a house recently i do not have lot of saving at all.is it mandatory to show some savings min amount.i am a radiationtherapist which is on list of shortage skill list.does that help i have got no court judgements in whole clear history.

The application must only include details of individuals included in the application and applying for ILR.
Since your younger, born-in-the-UK child qualifies to be registered as a British citizen once you are granted settlement, I believe there is no need to include him/her in your ILR application (unnecessary step, IMHO).

No prescribed requirement for min. amount of savings that must be shown (for ILR). If you're on WP/Tier 2, you'll need a letter from your employer stating that your services are needed for the forseeable future. If on HSMP/Tier 1, then a letter from employer stating that you're employed with them / employment contract will be sufficient.

To get an idea of documents you'll need to submit / carry along (if applying in person), reading these posts will help. Use search to find (many other) similar posts.
