Hi

I have completed 10 years period in UK as student but my spouse just has completed 9 years as my dependant . My kid was born in UK and now he is 5 years old. I am now in confusion whether my spouse and kid are eligible for ILR with me. My question is:

1. Are they qualify for ILR now ?
2. If so, will they be included with my application i.e. SET(0) ? If not, which form is applicable for them ?

Any idea please !

Thanks in advance.

there are no Dependents on the long residence application, its each to his own I am afraid

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

After you get ILR you, UK born child can apply for registration as british citizen Form MN1

Your wife will need to apply for FLR(M) she could then apply using SET(O) when she reaches 10years if it is still availabe at that time, or wait another she completes 2years on FLR(M)
