Hi everyone,

I am in the UK with Tier 1 General visa. I am completely, confused about the rules regarding absence from the UK in the qualifying period. Should it be less than 180 days in the 5 years or 450 days in the 5 years?

I know that the immigration rules will be changed next year and everything will be different, then maybe my question is no sense now.

Regards

Ok, Thank you. Now I have another question: in UK entry ports no entry or exit stamp put on your passport then how could they understand that you leave the country?

UKBA has all your info about entry and exit even though your passport doesnt have an exit stamp.
So you should put everything down truthfully or as much as you can decipher from your passport. Or else you can request that info from UKBA.(the way to do that has been mentioned here, so you will need to search)
Best Regards

Thank you.

Then, if I establish a company here and then this company has relationship with my home country, I could travel there as a business trip?
