my freind's wife is driving at the moment and becouse of police fines she dont want to send her original card driving license but want to send original paper driving license with attested photocopies of card driving license will HO accept it and can it effect his application set(m) as he has 8 letters from gps and tax offices etc but he hasnt his wife medical card any idea
