Hi All,

This question was asked many times in the forum but still I am bit confused because I am getting mixed message from HO.
I am currently on Tier1 General and eligible to apply for ILR (WP+Tier1) from 1st April 2010.
The question is for my dependent Son.

Born in UK 5th May 2009 and got his Tier1 Dependent Child VISA on 28th Aug 2009.

What should I do for his VISA.

option 1. Do I include him with my ILR application?
option 2. Is he eligible to apply for Citizenship after I got ILR?

Please clarify me on this?

If you are planning to apply for citizenship for your son then you dont need to include in the ILR with you. Once you get your ILR you can apply citizenship for him.
