Hi there, Its been a good discussion form going around here and much helpful comments.

I have my first post here

1) I landed in UK on Apr 24, 2005 in work permit and will complete 5 years on Apr 24, 2010 in a combination of work permit, HSMP and Tier 1 visa. I have got an appointment in person at Croyden HO on Mar 27, 2010 (This is a Saturday and i was told that they do take limited bookings on some Saturdays). This was the only day available. Have i got correct in booking the appointment date on Mar 27, 2010 which is just 28 days before i complete 5 years.

2) I have my wife and an son under 3 years as a dependent. Do i need to produce any other documents for dependents other than sons birth certificate, my marriage certificate, photos and life in uk pass certificate.

Pls can some one help me with an advice. Thanks in advance.

Please search the forum for information already available.

Similar queries (calculation of 28 days period, documentary evidences required as per current immigration category etc.) have been answered numerous times and many successful applicants have posted their experiences (with details about documents they had carried along).
