Its been 7 years i have been on my student visa, i just recently got 2 years Post Study Work Visa which shall end in 2012. I was wondering how many days i can stay out of country in order to qualify for the 10 years ILR and what is the solution if i have spent more time than allowed time. I am talking about holiday time you spent out of country while you have the visa on your passport. A quick response shall be appreciated.

Since the immigration rules are changing in July 2011 your ILR application will be changed to ''probationary citizenship''

Mochyn, not sure 10yrs ILR will still be valid after July 2011??
