i have leave to remain

I have been in the UK for 8 years now and i got my leave to remain in 2008 for 5 years last year i gave birth and the child is british through her father who has indefinite leave to remain what then happens to me after 5 years by the way im not married to the father of my child.

what kind of leave to remain do you have?

I got the refugee status through asylum claim
