Hi
I would appreciate a comment on

if any one has recently started work as a part time with same employer whom s/he has worked with since last three & half years as ful time, does this have got any adverse affect on ILR application under JR, because salary has been gone down less than 7000£ per annum & hours as well.

I understand that for ILR-JR you just need to show economic activity but need to confirm whether the part time work would go against applicant in ILR stage

Ideally tt shouldn't. What's your full time status?

I was in full time employment with same employer since three & half years but now i have got a one year old kids so after my maternity leave i have decided to go part time, doing 20 hours a week.
I am covered under Judicial Review. I also do some freelance research, i will get a letter from accountant for that but since its not regular source of income & most of time untaxable i am not sure if i should declare that.

I think you should be fine as long as you are "economically active". Wait for other members to reply too.
