IRL related query!

Hi Guys,
I came to UK on Tier-1 in August 2008. My next extension is due in 2011.
After that I wish to apply for ILR. I know it is too early to ask but I just wanted to keep myself informed as where I stand in terms of IRL.
My situation is that I was not in job since December 2008 to January 2010 due to recession.

- Will this affect my ILR application in 2013 (with current rules and regulation)?
- Could any one of you please list down the documents required for ILR?
- My partner is also here with me as a dependant and she has always been in job. Is it possible for her to apply for ILR as a main applicant and then I tag along as dependant?
