New Form and Guidance out!

Hi all, just thought I'd post a new topic so that more people catch this - New Form and Guidance (to be used on or after 6 April) is now out and available on the UKBA website...

For which application? Do you know the link by any chance?

Looks like SET(M) and other settlement forms too have been updated for applications after 6 April. Best to check the website to confirm that you have an up to date form for the category that you are applying under.

presume the only change is application fee, at least for SET(O) form?

added one extra page about immigration history...Old section 6 was Absences from UK and now was renamed Immigration history covering your entry to UK; absences and that you entered the UK under a VALID document... plus they changed the address where you send your application...

So in the new form under Immigration history in 6.1 you would put the date as entered in the UK which is applicable to the current application or would you put a date no matter under which category you first entered the UK?
