Will the new july 2011 rules effect my ILR

hi guys
Recently i am very stressed coz of this visa issues. I have been loads of reseach to find the right information. i wonder if anyone can help me .
my history
September 2003-oct 2005 student visa
oct 2005 to oct 2006- SEGS(science ,engineering and graduate scheme)
oct 2006 to oct 2008-HSMP (old 65 point rule)
and nov 2008 to nov 2011 (Tier 1,general) under JR

i am not sure the rule which are coming in place from july 2011, will effect my ILR. do i need to get mt Tier 1 extended? or i will fall under some kind of catogory to get ILR.

i will appreciate if anyone can help me with this.I have recently got married n this visa issue stressing me a lot.

This has been answered many a times. Please try and work hard on finding your answer on this forum and Home Office website.

Anyways, simple answer to your question is NO. It won't affect you as you are covered by HSMP JR pre November 2006 rules. I hope you can rest in peace now.

i did try looking at the forum but cudnt find anything matching my situation.
Another question, what documents do i need to submit and the how much funds do i need to show?

I thought the HSMP JR is Pre April 2006? I got my HSMP in June 06 so I am doing my 5 years to qualify for ILR....
