Hi ,

any one who have appoinment today and using new ILR form.

Please share your experience(when they are back off course) as i am slightly confused with section 6.0 where there are new entries and question 6.1 is slightly changed.

Are there are other questions being asked on this ??

The form is straightforward and fill it as it says. There is a new section asking about your first entry into UK. You should be filling this in as per your ILR entitlement.
If there has been previous legal entry into UK but not counted towards ILR that may need to be mentioned as the first entry point.
The Q about last entry into UK is quite straightforward as well.
