Hi All,

I come under hsmp JR, I got my visa on march 2006 .

Now i am eligible for PR, In the year 2006 to 2007 i just worked 3 months and i got salary slip and bank statements. But when i called HMRC .. they said there was only 150 pounds tax paid. I got P60 for that financial year but i think the company not paid tax.

In the payslips it is clearly shown that tax is deducted everything will it effect by ILR any suggestions will be appreciated.

Regards
Nach.

Hi nach

I got my hsmo too in jan 06. and 06 wasn't a great year for me too in terms of emp and earnings...however the feeling i get from reading the posts esp with hsmp jr...as long as you are economically active..along with your P60 you should be ok.

The tax shouldn't be your issue..... you worked for 3 months and depending upon your income threshold you may been charged tax accordingly....if you have the relevant docs such as P60's, and the other which you see on diff posts...you don't have to worry...

hope this helps

good luck!

hey thanks for the reply. well i have all the documents like pay slips, bank statement, p60 but the company not paid tax... i know its company problem but when i apply for ILR ..case worker may cross check and he may raise a question that your tax was not paid. this is my worry.
