I am under HSMP JR and was granted HSMP b4 7th nov. I then applied for visa and it has started on 10 Jan 2007. I entered UK on 1st March 2007. my current visa is upto 1st March 2012. There is one rule of ILR is that backtrack from 1st March upto 5 years back was applicant in UK. But I was not in the UK at that point. I am so worried and confused plz help me.

You will have to apply 28 days before 1/3/12, there is no rule which says that you have to be in UK exactly 5 yrs ago, for ILR. That applies to citizenship application.
