Guys,

We are planning to buy Shared ownership flat i am british and my wife is on 27 months settlements visa.My questions as follows

1) Is shared ownership scheme comes under govt public funds scheme?

2) In sem (m) form 7.6 have two options

Housing Benefit

Housing or Homelessness assistance

Is Shared ownership scheme comes any of the two options?

We have not applied any type of benifits from concil for your information.

Such housing is not within the definition of Public Funds ..... as previously mentioned in quite a few topics on this Board.

One more question regarding section 7.1

Is your home in the UK:

a) owned by you?
b) rented from a local council or housing association by you?
c) privately rented by you?
d) owned or rented by a relative or friend?
e) other? Give details below.

Which one i should tick if we have shared ownership scheme flat brought by me

I think I would tick e) and then in the space available explain that you own x% and a Housing Association own y%, of course substituting the real figures.
