I am very frustrated I went to Croydon to do the same day service for NTL form about 6 weeks ago ,but because i have changed my son's name who is 10 years old i have been told that they cannot do it at the same day service . although i changed his name legally my embassy refused to change his name because of religious reason (stupid). The thing is that he has ILR (legacy) in his new name and passport in his previous and i don't know what to do . Could anyone advise me please

Are you trying to change the name on his ILR to his 'old' name?

Did Croydon PEO say that it cannot be done on a same day service or that it cannot be done at all?

I have seen a case or 2 here on this forum where members have not been able to use the same day service for NTL in cases where there was a name change
