Dear all,
Thank you for your help so far. Now basically case is as follows "Wife on WP since June 2005 and has only had one employer change in 2007. I got a dependent VISA in Feb 2008 and now we are applying for ILR"
We are submitting the following documents with application:
1. Her Last 6 Payslips
2 Last 6 months Bank Statement
3. We have 4 P60's and are missing 1 for 08-09. But we have all original bankstatements for this year and payslips too? Is that sufficient?
4. Employment letter from employer
5. Business Travel letter from employer for trips taken
6. Life in UK pass letters for her and me
7. Marriage certificate
8. Council Tax Bills for last 3 years in both our names
9. Tenancy agreements for last 3 years in both our names
10. Her original WP
11. Copy of her WP "change of employer' letter when she moved
Is there anything else we should add to the file??? Our PEO appointment is next week. Your advise will be most appreciated.
Regards

You don't need P60 when applying ILR in the capacity of WP. Better to carry with you since you have, I am sure that you will not be asked. Refer SET(O) form for WP. You need to provide all your WP letters for 5 years (If you had any extensions) which is the proof of your continuous employment. I was on WP and got my ILR last year without P60.

What documents did you submit with your application last year? She has only had 1 change of employer and we have the approval letter for that!

What was the duration her 1st WP and 2nd WP were issued? Is it 5 years?

You are coming to the same question again, I already advised that you have sufficient documents. My case was different which is irrelevant to your case. Don't be nervous, Be Relax and apply with confident.
