Dear all,

Applying for ILR based on 5 yr WP. Question is that should I also prepare a Summary Sheet for Days spent out of UK to make it easy for caseworker? If yes has anyone got a template or can you give me headings I should include in this summary sheet?

I have around 178 days out but around 40 of those on business and I do have a letter from my employer as per template in this forum!!

Please advise..

Thanks

My understanding is that you don't have to justify your absences when they are within the 90/180 days limit.

Its a bit too early to find any information. You should only post this kind of queries couple of hours before the actual appointment.

You do not need Summary Sheet for Days spent out of UK, this is the reason why you have the application form moreover the case worker will still check all the stamps on your passport, so save your self the time and trouble.

Good Luck.

I agree, just fill the dates in the form, you anyway have less than 180 days, so no cause to worry, all the best

As others already suggested, when your absence is within 180 days, no need to provide letter from the employer. Just list down all your absence in the application form, say " Business Visit" if the absence for business purpose or "Holiday" if it is holiday.
