Dear Members

One of my friend has completed five years on employer work permit and now wants to apply for ILR,
His wife came to UK about one year ago as his dependant. Will she get ILR as well being my friend Wife? If so which form she needs to fill out?

Also what kind of documents my friend needs to attach with the application? They both wants to apply at the same time and will go for One day service (Premium Service).

Regards

Dependants of work permit holder can be included in the same form regardless how long they'v been in the UK.
No documents are required for the dependants other than passports and birth certificate (if any was born in the UK). It is better to attach the marriage certificate.
