Hi Guys,
I could not find any information anywhere mentioning any minimum annual income required for ILR Application.
Is there any such requirements?

Thanks for your quick reply. I have another question..I am on Tier 1 General Status and I use one of the company based out of Isle Of Man to do my invoicing and payroll. Hope that is not problem OR is it that the Payroll company has to be based out of England?

Hi sushdmehta ,
Can you also advice that if a person gets 12k as salary per annum, is that still qualify for ILR or it is too less?
He is on Tier-1 and not on WP. He indeed came to UK in WP but later got his Tier-1. Is it fine or there could be a problem with his ILR Application??
Please advise.

That means most probably they dont check the amount coming in as salary rather they only check whether the candidate is financially active.

Does Financially active mean that getting salary regularly only? Is it alright if the bank statement shows that the account is over drawn but within the overdraft limit from the bank?
Please answer this.
Thank you
