ILR and divorce

Hi all,
I was wondering what happens in case when you seek for divorce during ILR. Me and my partner got ILR by staying for 10 years. My partner has been dependent on me. When I applied for my partners ILR, I had to sign that we will live together and I support my partners application.
What means if we seek divorce during the ILR period?
Thanks

Has your partner got ILR? If so, when was this?

I got my ILR in December 2009. I was on HSMP. So my partner also got ILR in Feb 2010.

if you get IRL by being a partner and subsequently divorce, nothing happens, they wont take it away from you.

HOWEVER if you applied for a partner ILR after you separated, divorced and somehow tricked the UKBA to think that you were still together then yes, that is a problem, infact it would be illegal.

No, you'd have to wait another three years, the one year is for those married to a BC still.

Better stick with old sow for bit ;)
