My girlfriend is tier 2 applying for ILR set O, after 5 years living and working in the UK.
She has worked for the same company throughout her time here, however, the company was sold after 4 years meaning that she had to re apply for her work permit.
She has all 5 years of P60 forms and a letter from her new employer.

My question is does she need a letter from the previous owners confirming that she was an employee or will the P60’s be sufficient.?

Any answers would be gratefully received.

Regards Bubbles66

You have everything, You do not require any letter from your previous employer and your wp letter is proof that you worked with them.
