Employer Letter for UK Absences (Not paying taxes and NI)

I want to apply for ILR SET (O) in this month. I was away from this country for 85 days and during those days my employer has not paid nay salary to me in UK. However they have paid me salary in India
Does anyone have employer letter format for UK absences (Not paying taxes and NI during absence)?
