ILR documents - Mix of WP-HSMP-Tier1

Hi,
My situation probably is not unique but i am still confused on what documents do i need to submit for the ILR. I ahve gone through the posts but could not find a post similar to my situation.
I entered UK in July 2005 and i was on work permit from July 2005 until Aug 2007. During this time my work permit was extended 5 times as my employer always apllied for a 6 months WP duration at one single time. I always got my work permit extnsion while i was in UK and i never left UK until my Visa was stamped. so my first question is
1) Because of the repeated extensions, the start date of my Visa does not match with the previous end date of my previous extension. For example if my WP entry clearance was from April 4th-Nov4th 2006, the next Entry clearance stamp in the passport is from 1 Dec 2006 until June 1st 2007. During the period from Nov 4th until Dec 1st 2006, i was still in the UK. However the work permit extension letter match the end date and start date of successive Visa durations. Is this acceptable ???
2) From Aug 2007 until Aug 2009 i was in HSMP and was in a contract role
3) From Aug 2009 , until todate in in Tier 1 general extension Visa until 2012.
4) I have the P60 for year 2010,2009 and 2008 but i do not have the P60 for 2007 and 2006. Is this acceptable ? I have payslips(email payslips) for 2006 and 2007 Is this acceptable ???
5) I will submit last 4 quarters paylsips(i pay myself quarterly) and the dividends which i have taken during the last one year.
6) I will submit last 1 years bank statements
7) I will submit mine and my wifes Life in UK Test certificate
I will submit the marriage certificate and my sons birth certificate
Are there any more documents which i need to submit for my ILR and whether i am actually in the first place eligible for ILR as there is no continuity in my entry clearances of the passport when i was on work permit ??
