HI there,

Please help me, i switched my visa from student to sppouse of british citizen in oct 2008. after that i started working on self employed bases approx 30-36 hours per week, my wife then applied for housing benefit and we are getting about 50% rent from the local council. My wife is the main applicant for the benefit as we have 1 year old baby as well. she is also getting child tax credit and working tax credit, child benefit
my question is would claiming part of HB and tax credits effect on my ILR application in 3 months time?

PLease help me as i am gettign so worried.
