My daughter will be 19 in December 2010. Can I include her as my dependant when I apply for ILR in December 2010? What will be the fees? Suggestions and advice are welcome, please!

Thanks for the reply. We came together to UK under WP in 2006 Jan and we are now currently under Tier 1.

You can't include her in your application form as a dependant because she is over 18. A separate application form needs to be sent for her, and offcourse a separate fee.

Dear Friend,
Thanks for the info. Do you have idea about the application process to be followed and the fees involved?

A separate application form implies an additional expense of £ 1905 . This is illogical considering that my daughter in full time education and is dependant on her parents....Any way out of this ?????
