I have an appointment for ILR on 2 August. I hope my case is straight forward, and thanks for giving me your opinion. My case details are as follows:

Started employment with a Work permit 29 August 2005 -

Switched to Tier 1 on 17 Dec 2008 which remains active now.

Since 29 August 2005, I have had two breaks in my employment:

25 Dec 2008 to 28 Feb 2009

28 May 2009 to 9 August 2009

During these breaks, I have been travelling abroad, and not employed.

Other than the above, all my absences from the UK are either work related or within annual leave of 25 days.

I am currently employed.

I will take the life in the UK test soon and expect to pass.

I am planning to provide:

Passport,
last 3 months' payslips and bank statements,
letter from employer (what does it need to say?),
pass for Life in the UK test,
SET(O) form.

Have I missed anything? Is this a straight forward case?

As my business trips abroad (only 2, one 1 month, one 1 week) were with previous employers and I have no easy way to to prove that. Is that OK?
