I have started working in UK march 2006 on WP visa . In Feb 2010 my contract with the employer finished and I updated my visa to tier 1. From mid April 2010 I started working for a new employer in tier 1.
I think I can apply for a PR on Feb 2011 as 5 years in combination of tier 2/WP and tier 1. However, I dont have p60 for 2010 as it was issued in early april 2010 and I was unemployed and on tier 1 then. I only have p45 of my previous employer wtih me. Will it be ok for me to take 3 p60s and 1 p45 when I am going to apply for PR? Will I need an employer letter from my current employer then?

Yes you will need a letter from your current employer.Re. P60 as long as you have the P45 from previous employer that should suffice.
Also keeping in mind that when you apply you have recent 3 months payslips, bank statements and letter from employer.
There is not requirement as to you definitely need to have all 5 years P60s.

It is okay to take your P60's and p45.I don't see any problem there.
Also take with you the original WP letter as I was asked for this.
Along with this just take your 6 mnths Bank Stmts, 6 mnths payslips,Life in UK pass cert. In my case i wasn't asked for an employer letter, although I had one in my back up file.I wasn't asked for p60's either.
I got my ILR under WP+HSMP+Tier1 (under section 9L)
All the best to you mate!!!
