Please advise on out of UK days in my case (break up given)

Dear Friends,
I came to on WP on 30th June 2005 and since been in UK with same sponsoring company and same client. I have now switched to Tier 2 (ICT) in Nov 2009.
I am going to apply for ILR in SEPTEMBER 2010. However, I am a bit concerned over my number of days outside UK and looking for your guidance. Below is a breakup of my leaves outside UK (including Paid and Unpaid holidays).
Can you please advise if I am eligible for ILR in September 2010?

- 22 January 2010 --- 14 February 2010 --- 23 Days --- Personal - Paid Holiday - (Reason)
- 18 June 2010 --- 01 July 2010 --- 13 Days --- Paternity Leave - Paid Holiday - (Reason)
Can you please advise if I am eligible for ILR in September 2010?
