I will soon be applying for my ILR. I have a work permit and have worked for the same company for the last 5 years. I will continue working for them once I receive my ILR.

The question is do I need to show all my P60's or can I just give them a letter from my employer. All it says in the form under section 9(b) is to give them document(s) confirming that I have spent a continuous period of 5 years in the UK.

Any help will be appreciated

because you have been with the same employer it should be pretty straightforward, yes a letter from will do .In addition you will need:

Last 3 month payslips
Last 3 month bank statements
Life in the UK test
If dependents ( Birth cerificate for kids & marriage certificate for spouse)

I got mine this May , though i had 3 employers in 5 years but a friend of mine was with the same employer and also i've read from many different people.
Having all 5 years "p60s" is not a mandatory reuirement.
