Hi,

I'm currently on Intra company transfer visa. I understand to eligible for ILR, there should not be a break of 180 days in 5 years in UK. Does it mean, the travel made on vacation days to India during my employment in UK is counted on these 180 days? Please clarify.

Your absences in the 5 yr. period should not exceed 180 days in total and 90 days in a single trip. Work related absences can be discounted when supported by employer letter.
