Hi,

I am applying for my ILR under 5 years work permit.

I would like to know if I need to mention these, under criminal offence section of the form?

1. Exeeding the speed restriction of 70 mph on a motorway --> Attend Driver Awareness course and no penalty points issued.

2. Exeed 30 MPH --> Fixed Penalty for £60 and 3 points endorsement on driving licence.

Thanks.

Mention the second one as you have points and fine ... the one with speeding course needs not mentioning (that is the idea of course so the offence wont count ) ... However, just for the peace of miond you can mention both on ILR form it wont do any harm .....

I wouldn't bother. As long as you weren't convicted in court, leave it out.
