The story :

I am applying for indefinite leave to remain as I have been here for 5 years under the work permit rule.
I have 234 days of absence from the UK for the last 5 years.

Out of the 234 days of absence :

55 days are during weekends and bank holidays when i travelled to europe
51 days are when i travelled to countries outside europe on annual leave
128 days when i went back to my 'home country' : out of this 41 days was to make preparations for my wedding.

My question for anyone kind enough to answer :

1. Does anyone have any similar experiences and what was the outcome?
2. Should I list ALL my absences - would the Home Office or the case worker actually have the chance to check ?

Thank you
IB

If you don't list all absences, you may be denied settlement for not disclosing facts (asked for in the application form) i.e.- false representation. Do you want to take that risk?

Also see Is it 180/225?
