ILR and working for different stores of the same company

The company I work for has many stores/branches across the UK, when they applied work permit for me they assign me to work for store 1, but now I mainly work for store 2 (in the same region), and it will likely to change again next year, do I need to inform HO for this??
If I didnt, will that affect my ILR application?? (I am applying it very soon).
