Regarding my son visa

Hi All,

Recently I got ILR , My wife delivered our baby in india and she got 2 years spouse settlement visa.Now we are planning to apply for my son visa.Can you please tell us what visa should I apply for my son.ILE OR 2 years child settlement visa.If I get my citizenship by next year can I apply my son naturalisation immediately?

My wife visa is vlid from august5, she is plaaning to coming by december.will she eligible for ILR after 2 years.Is there any leave rule in ILR please help us.

Child: See Family members (INF 6).
Spouse: Under current rules, she will eligible for settlement after completing 2 years stay in the UK. Regarding absences from the UK, see Time spent outside the UK

I will suggest you to apply for MN1, child of parents (at least one) settled can register there child as british citizen.
