WP + Tier1 - do we need P45?

Hi ILR is due in feb 11. Chagned to Tier 1 in mar 09.
Last month with WP employer in April 09, have payslip. But company dint send me P45.
Joined job again in Jan 10 with new employer. Have P60 with new employer.
Not worked for 8 months and dont have P45 from previous employer. Do I need P45,
Have payslips and bank statements for the months employed.
