Hi guys
I have got my T-1 Visa, in june 2010 under old rules, i have plan to travel to UK, only by next june ie 2011 or july, Can any one tell me whether i will be eligible for ILR after my second extension? in any case? i have spent 1 month in UK(aug 2010, had to come back for sm personal reasons).

No one can predict for you today whether ILR will remain in 2015 / 2016 or will be replaced with something else (e.g.- probationary citizenship), and what the qualifying criteria (for whatever is operational then) will be at that time.
