ILR qualifying period (two visas in 5 years)

Hi All,

Could you please help me with this?

I had from 31/08/05 until 31/08/06 a student dependant visa which allowed me to work for my current employer.

Then, I got a work permit which started on 20/10/06 with the same employer and will end on 20/10/11.

Can I consider the year on student dependant visa as part of the 5 years required for ILR?

Many thanks.

BR,

C.

No, as student dependant is not included in 134(i).

Ok thanks.

I forgot to mention that before aug 2005, I have been with a student visa from 01/10/02 until 31/07/2005.

I guess that this wont count?
