ilr main applicant unemployed. what are the chances

The main applicant has been unemployed for a long time due to serious illness but her spouse (on dependant visa) is employed and takes care of family finances. no benefits have been claimed. there is one under 18 dependant involved + 2 over 18 dependants (1 of them is well employed and helping family upkeep) what are the chances of such an application being succesful?
