Hi,
I am goign to apply ILR in December this year. I have a question that i would like ask.
I have my 5 yrs work permit with my current employer. but i also do some part time for my partner's company, which got paid as well.
I was wondering when i apply ILR, do i need to tell Home Office about the other work i am doing?
Thanks

What do you mean when you say "my partner's company"? Under WP / Tier 2 you are allowed to work for the sponsor only (with
some exceptions).

Hi, I thought you can work for part time as long as your part time work is the similar 'job' as your work permit?
eg. 'project co ordinator' is my main job, i am helping my partner with his project admin stuff in his company?
the salary goes to differnt bank account, got P60 etc, but i am not sure if i need to tell Home Office?

When you say partner I assume that you mean you are a partner in a business. In other words being self-employed, which is not allowed under WP / Tier 2.
But if you are an "employee" of someone who operates as self-employed, then the business entity this person operates must must be registered with UKBA to sponsor non-EEA nationals (you) for employment in his / her business enterprise. The question then is whether this business is listed in the UKBA's register of sponsors?

You won't need to tell UKBA about it (extra work). Your NI number will be enough for them to find out.

his company is not listed in the UKBA's register of sponsors.
is that means i am in trouble?
