Ilr living with parents not enough documents

I am applying for my wifes ilr. we are living with my parents

the problem I have is that all houshold bills which include gas water council tax tenancy agreement tv licence are all in my mothers name.

The only documents we have r bank staments in joint name mobile phone bill a council letter in my name in my wifes name ahospital letter,council letter regarding her being registered on the electoral register her payslip from a job she started a month ago. I'm in full time employment so I have my payslips.

Could some one help me please what I should do. Can my mother write a letter explaining the situation why I can't provide 6 documents thanks

The guide notes for SET(M) advise that if you are unable to provide 6 proofs of address from 3 different categories due for example to living with family, you should submit a letter explaining this. I would imagine it's fairly common and at least you do have some examples of joint address. If you have a count up, I reckon you'll find you have the six between you.

Thanks for the reply .Would me sending a letter from my mother and the utility bills in her name help and could i send my car insurance documents which have name and address on.

Farook, include anything with your name(s) and address...even junk mail.
Applicants often have more than they think they have!
A letter from family + utility bill proving they also live at that address would be helpful.
With the insurance documents you're up to the 6 required now anyway aren't you?
