Hi Guys!

I'm currently on a post study work visa that expires on the 28th of September 2012. I came to the UK on the 14 of October 2002 therefore I'll only be a few days shy of 10 years when my current visa expires. My question is, Can I apply for the long residence permit, say.... on the 20th of September 2012. Will this application be considered valid?

I know there's still plenty of time but I'd rather prepare early.

You may apply for ILR between Sunday, 16 September 2012 and Thursday, 27 September 2012.
