Work Permit + Work permit (Company Aqu.) + HSMP + Tier1Ext

Hi,
Could any one please advise if I will be able to qualify for ILR in Sept. 2010 from the following.
Work permit with Company A Oct 2006
Work permit with Company B June 2007 (due to the Company A is aquired by company B) : Note : I dont think Tier 2 ICT had been introduced during this time.
HSMP Feb 2008
Tier 1 Feb 2009
from my calculation I will be able to qualify for ILR in Sept 2010. However I have seen on the forum people talking about Tier 2 ICT not eligible for ILR. Does my Work permit transfer ( becoz they didnt required to advertise the post etc.) would not count towards ILR?
