Hi All,

a message on behalf of a friend, he is going to be 14 years in the UK in 6 months, can he Apply for an ILR based on the 14 year at a PEO? paying the premium fees? as he looked at an application form and there was no mention in there that he can not.

Thank you

The guide to the SET(O) form states:
The premium service is not available for applications as a businessperson, innovator, investor, self- employed lawyer, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant or Tier 1 (Investor) migrant or on the grounds of long residence.

Oh ok, thank you for that, I thought you use FLR (O) form for long residence?
