I had enetred the UK first time in 2004 as a student and since then I have been extending my visa as a student. I completed my studies (MBA) in May 2010 and had to wait for degree to be awarded. I had to leave the UK as I was not able to apply for PSW without degree. Now that I have recieved my PSW visa, I will return to the UK next week. I have been out of UK for a total period of 176 days (below 6 months). Will I qualify in future for ILR even though I was not in the UK for 176 days and does PSW count towards ILR?
Please help me and thanks to all of you.

1. If your were outside the UK for less than 6 months during a visit then you are k.
2. PSW visa doe scount towards 10 years or 14 years long residence route.
